Aarron Buzzard is a co-founder of The Refuge, a faith-centered initiative committed to helping

individuals and families move from crisis into stability through restoration, accountability, and purposeful living. His leadership is grounded in a clear belief: lasting change happens when compassion and responsibility work together within a strong, supportive community.

With over 20 years of experience in security, investigations, and asset protection, Aarron brings

a practical and results-driven perspective to community restoration. His professional background

includes leadership roles in asset management and investigative operations, where he has ideveloped systems to identify risk, recover lost assets, and strengthen organizational accountability. Through his work, he has helped recover thousands of devices and contributed to

millions of dollars in cost savings while improving operational efficiency and oversight.

Aarron’s expertise extends into investigative strategy, risk management, and accountability systems skills that directly inform the structure and vision of The Refuge. He is also the founder of Buzzards Recovery Services, an initiative focused on investigations, skip tracing, and recovery support. While operational in nature, this work complements The Refuge’s broader mission by reinforcing safety, coordination, and responsible follow-through within the community.

At The Refuge, Aarron focuses on building systems that address both the practical and relational

needs of individuals. His approach integrates faith, structure, and real-world solutions to help people not only recover from difficult circumstances but also develop the tools needed for longterm stability and growth.

He is passionate about creating environments where individuals are supported, challenged, and equipped to take ownership of their future. Through mentorship, partnerships, and community-based initiatives, Aarron works to establish a model that not only restores lives but also teaches individuals how to build healthy, accountable communities of their own.

Aarron’s vision for The Refuge is centered on multiplication through developing people who can go on to lead, serve, and create lasting impact in their families and communities.

Aarron is a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoys spending time with his family, serving in his community, and building systems that strengthen safety and accountability. He is passionate about leadership, personal growth, and helping others rise above their circumstances with courage and responsibility.
