Instead, we earn readiness as we built trust.

Phase One: Virtual Community & Activation

Launch programs without owned property
Build partnerships with churches, employers, counselors, and volunteers
Coordinate services through a shared platform
Demonstrate real participation and impact

Phase Two: Replication & Readiness

Family Holiday Dinner

Replicate the model in additional communities
Strengthen governance, reporting, and leadership
Document outcomes and cost savings

Phase Three: Physical Expansion

Introduce land and housing only after readiness is proven
Develop transitional or community housing in partnership
Maintain mission integrity as scale increases
